A powerful 6.3-magnitude earthquake rattled Manila at 17:11 local time. A water tank had reportedly burst during the earthquake, sending water gushing down the side of the building. Five people have been killed in the northern Philippines after an earthquake destroyed at least two buildings there, a local official told AFP.
